    Ours are doing the same. I have "fixed" the issue by having a task on the Content Server that reboots the server daily. I will be putting in a call as time allows. Chris

  • Extended Widescreen Support Option (AXIS-TV-GC1) performance

    We have a couple of channel players with the Matrox based extended widescreen support option. Our displays are NEC and we'd like to run them at the native 1920x1080 but we're not really impressed with transitions (wipes, mostly). I suspect it's the limited 64MB of video RAM on the P650 card...

    That did the trick. As soon as I deleted and readded the play, and then clicked on reboot, the content started showing up. Next issue is that now, when we create new content, the content does not get pushed to the channel player unless you actually click reboot. If I try and refresh or rebublish, nothing...
