Version 7.0.20 Release Notes and Upgrade

Two quick questions: In the release notes it says the Channel Player Emulator requires licensing...does that mean it costs money? Can one upgrade from .14 to .20 directly or does the path have to include release .17? Thanks-cp

Hi Riu, That error is maybe hiding other upgrade issues. Please submitt a ticket @ http://www.visix.com/priority_support_request.html A tech should be able to take a look at your system as a whole. Thank you.
