    Can you tell me how to add a playlist? I'm going to Configure/Content Settings/+Playlists. I see 2 Normal playlists and 2 Alert playlists but no Add button to add any additional playlists.

    Hi there,

    You don't have the 'Add' button because your system is only licensed for 2 Playlists. The playlists work in pair meaning if you are licensed for 2 playlists, you will have 2 normal playlists coupled with 2 alert playlists. You need to contact your AxisTV Sales representative and discuss your need of purchasing additional playlists.
