Is there an easy way to remove all the text bulletin background images so that when users add content they only have one or two to choose from instead of the entire list? Is there any easy way to add a custom background?
 
I thought removing the background images from the folder on the server would do it, but apparently not. :)

The correct way to delete backgrounds is to navigate to the Background Library in the WebUx and use the delete icon (white x in a red circle) that is above the background's thumbnail image. You can delete multiple backgrounds by putting a checkmark in the box above the backgrounds to be deleted and then click the delete icon for any of the backgrounds. I would suggest trying to multi-delete only 12-15 at a time though due to the chance the browser may time out while trying to execute the command. If your background does not have a delete icon then it is in use on a bulletin or as a wallpaper and cannot be deleted until the bulletin or wallpaper has been deleted.

You can also import your custom backgrounds and wallpapers from the Background Library page in the WebUx. Use the red click here link at the top of the page and you can import up to 5 backgrounds at a time into the library.
