Is this fixed in the newest version (7.0.20)? We are getting ready to go ahead and upgrade everyone to that version, and I'd like to get back to Powerpoint 2007 if it's going to work properly.

Re: Sudden Powerpoint error

Hi there,

We've seen a couple of instances of this. We have not been able to duplicate the issue and are still investigating. The workaround is to un-install PowerPoint 2007 and install PowerPoint 2003 in the Content Server. For end users with PowerPoint 2007, if they want to upload a PowerPoint file they just need to save the file as a PowerPoint 2003 (.ppt) and upload it in AxisTV.

Thank you,
