After the initial install of the content server after the reboot you'll see the license is not valid. Find Tei.Common.UpgradeDevice.DAT in the install root and delete it. The upgrade device should now show proceed. You'll have to run the upgrade device twice to complete it as there is a problem with the reattaching of the DB.
