Channel Player Error

    Channel Player Error

    For the second time today, one of our channel players locked up at the cover screen saying "Layout in transition" with a Windows error message on top of it.  The Error message says "Player Host Process has encountered a problem and needs to close.  We are sorry for the inconvenience".  At this point you cannot even reboot it from the channel player web interface as the channel player is not up yet, and neither can you hit <Esc> to get past the cover screen to go into the command mode.  Only thing you can do is to physically reboot it to get it to work again.  Running 7.0.20 software on the channel player.  All Windows XP patches applied as of now.

    Any ideas on where I should look for issues ?

     In case none of our techs had not been in touch with you, please submitt a ticket @ http://www.visix.com/priority_support_request.html A tech should be able to troubleshoot your channel player.
