I got the following when I try upgrading the CP: 

System.Exception: The command: 'copy /commit' failed.  The server reported an error.
ERR 05-1122  An error occured committing the copy.  The file doesn't exist on the player.  Cannot commit.

   at Tei.Content.MMP.Client.CmdCommitFileCopyToPlayer(String serverFullFileSpec)

That error is maybe hiding other upgrade issues. Please submitt a ticket @ http://www.visix.com/priority_support_request.html A tech should be able to take a look at your system as a whole.
